Version 0.0.034 - Highlight Squaddies when acting and targeting

Highlight actors and targets
The currently acting squaddie fades in and out, and also has a white circle pulsing from them. This makes it clear who is acting.
Also, potential targets glow red. You can see a red circle pulse behind them, too.
You can't move in place anymore
Sometimes players would click on their squaddie and the game would decide the squaddie wants to move there, spending 1 action point in the process. Now you can't make 0 distance movement anymore.
End Turn Fix
When you end your turn, there was a chance the game would hang. For some reason I can trigger it in the upper right corner. It's fixed now.
State Machine continues
State Machine updates will take a month at least. I figured out the basic structure and I'm slowly integrating it in. Here's hoping I can get Free Range movement by the end of April.
What's Next?
- Adding a cooldown to Torrent Surge. Otherwise there's no reason to use it every round.
- Rounded buttons
- Continue state machine work for targeting
