Version 0.0.037: Targeting updates

Under the covers, I finished rewriting the targeting system. There was a lot of rewriting that made it easier to test and fix some bugs. But it also took several weeks. As a bonus, only the valid targets can be highlighted.
I also rearranged the save/load buttons as a vertical stack. Itch.io's "Add to collection" button was blocking the Load button.
FINALLY, I can start working on movement. I need to change logic and possibly make a new state machine so I can isolate more bugs.
