Add a version number

Tucked in the lower left corner is text displaying the version number. Right now it's 0.0.2.

This week had mostly behind the scenes fixes. There will be more for the next release.

My goal for the next release is to add a shield for Sir Camil that will temporarily increase his defense. See you then.
