Preview squaddies by hovering over them

Now you can preview squaddies by hovering over them. The window will eventually disappear, unless you click on it.

Here's a screen shot of the preview windows appearing when you use abilities. I'll have an improved design up later.

Expect a couple of minor updates, and then I can finally start rolling out buffs.
