Title Screen update and new UI plans

The last 2 weeks were spent tweaking the title screen to make it less messy. The tutorial screen is a lot shorter and sweeter as well. Too many words!
Besides that I did a bunch of behind-the-scenes work to separate the UI logic. At the heart of the battle is executing actions. Wish I figured that out earlier, there's a ton of reworking that needs to be done.
The UI won't be ready by demo night, but I'm planning to make a tile-based build to create panels along the bottom of the screen that will show everything in more detail.
