Map Icon status bars

This week's update adds a few more UI updates.
If you don't have full health or full actions, we'll draw 1 or 2 bars on your map icon. The gray one on top represents your remaining actions while the bottom is your health. In this screenshot, Sir Camil spent an action to move and has taken 1 damage already.
Another change involves locking the HUD once you begin your turn. During playtesting players would keep switching who they wanted to look at, and thought they could control the clicked squaddie. Now, once you start the turn, it's always their turn and you can't change the HUD. There are a bunch of UI updates coming soon as I make it less cumbersome to move, act, and understand.
